Childcare (birth-preschool): While all are welcome in worship, childcare is offered during the worship hour for our youngest. The church nursery (childcare rooms) located on the 1st floor in the hallway leading to the sanctuary. Our youngest children will hear a short Bible lesson and participate in an age-appropriate activity and/or craft during their time with our nursery workers.

Children's Sunday School Class (K-5th grade): Our elementary-aged kids are invited to a special Sunday School class just for them during the Sunday School hour (Sundays starting at 9:30am). Through the guidance of our Children's Teachers, our kids dive into scripture using the "What's in the Bible" DVD series and related activities. This class meets on the top floor, 1st room on the right (Room 2).

During Worship: We feel that is it important that children (and people of all ages) know and feel that they are welcome during and a part of worship. We offer a few things during worship specifically for our children:

• Children's Message during Worship: All our children are invited to come forward as they feel comfortable for a special message just for them during our 10:30am worship service.

• Children's Activity Bags and Bulletins: There are activity bags and children's bulletins available for all of our children at the entrance of the sanctuary. The bulletins incorporate the day's scriptures in a way that is accessible for their specific age. If you have trouble finding either of these, our ushers are there to help point the way.

• Acolytes: Our children are given the opportunity to participate in worship, including serving as the day's acolyte to help bring the light of Christ into worship and back out into the world. (And for those kids who might be nervous, we will have someone there to guide them and answer any questions.)

Family Fun Night: In addition to our Sunday offerings, we have carved out a special time for children and their families every month. On the 3rd Monday of each month, we host our Family Fun Night. From 5:30pm to 8pm on these days, families are invited to join us for food, games, and more! The evening is free and each month has a different theme. Our hope with this night is that families can connect with one another in a fun, safe space. This is open to the community, so all are welcome.
